Finding My Voice - Regency Inspired Portrait Wall Art

from £77.00

In this Jane Austen-era portrait, our heroine finds her voice and dares to dream of her future life. No longer content to marry for money, she is ready to fight for the partner of her choice. She is determined, and her newfound confidence will propel her far - nothing can stop her now! She will have to fight hard to impose her choice, but she is more determined than even before. She has learned to use her voice, and there's no stopping her. This could be a Jane Austen heroine. She could be Elizabeth Bennett from Pride & Prejudice. Who refused a proposal. Like Elizabeth she is learning to stand up for herself. The bold flowers say, "I'm being bold and rejected my mother's choice.

This image is part of the Women in Quiet Rebellion, giving a voice to the women throughout history who could not use their own. It shows how they rebelled against their limited societal place, learning to move slowly and quietly, like a butterfly, creating a snowball effect with their inner strength. This image reflects a timeless desire to be free and independent and finally find that powerful voice society has suppressed for so long.

Every spring since 2021, I've been on a mission to find London's most stunning magnolias. This year's adventure led me through Kensington, Chelsea, and Notting Hill. The photos here showcase this year's chase and the ones before - five years of obses
Angela, gorgeous and effortless in front of the lens. We wandered along the Canal Saint-Martin on a Sunday afternoon, one of my favourite corners of Paris, and made portraits that felt less like a shoot and more like a conversation.

I met Noa in San Sebastian, we created photos for her portfolio, and walked the streets of San Sebastian and let the city do the work.
