A bespoke London portrait photo shoot experience for Marina
London is one of the most photographed cities in the world, but experiencing it through your own portraits is something truly special. Recently, I had the pleasure of creating a photoshoot for Marina, a solo traveller who wanted to capture the spirit of her London adventure in a way that went beyond snapshots.
We began our photoshoot at the city’s most iconic landmarks: against the silhouette of Big Ben, Westminster Bridge, and the views of the London Eye. Each location offered a unique perspective, from architectural grandeur to remarkable skyline moments, perfect for creating portraits that tell your London story.
Westminster and Big Ben are among the must-photograph sights in London, but I also enjoy taking my clients to quieter areas, such as the streets of Notting Hill. The urban landscapes in Notting Hill are more subdued, featuring pastel-coloured townhouses and cream-painted, elegant facades; the atmosphere of the photoshoot shifted from playful to sophisticated. These portraits capture a softer, more intimate side of her story, telling a different story about your London stay—one that is more personal and intimate.
For Marina, this photo shoot was more than just a photography session; it was a transformative experience. It’s an experience, a way to feel connected to the city while creating tangible memories to take home. Every image becomes a part of your journey, something you’ll return to long after your trip ends.
If you’re planning a visit to London and want to celebrate your adventure with a bespoke portrait session, I’d love to help tell your story. Whether at world-famous landmarks or tucked-away neighbourhoods, we’ll create images that feel alive, stylish, and uniquely you.
